A rare outing for this licence-built Cierva C.30A, which is said by some to be c/n 706. Was briefly on the British register in 1934, but moved to Norway as LN-BAD and even served in the Norwegian military as 99. Was sold to Sweden and was registered as SE-AFI until 1951 when it was purchased by a Dutch businessman who presented it to what later would become the Aviodrome at Lelystad. The aircraft has always been displayed indoors, and was recently painted up as PH-HHH. This photo is copyright © Fred Willemsen, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
