In service with the Royal Canadian Air Force 1952 - 68, this Harvard was bought by 20th Century Fox Film Corp. It was converted to a replica Mitsubishi Zero in 1968 for the film Tora, Tora, Tora. Sold at auction after the movie was released, the aircraft was acquired by the Commemorative Air Force (formerly the Confederate Air Force) and registered to them in January 1972.
