Delivered 1st Apr 1994 on lease from Aeromexico. Re-registered N52AW 28th Feb 1995 and on the 2nd Oct 1996 the aircraft was written off when flight 603 SPIM-SCEL took off with masking tape still on the outside static ports, resulting in wrong airspeed readings.
