Re-registered N52AW 28th Feb 1995 and on the 2nd Oct 1996 the aircraft was written off when flight 603 SPIM-SCEL took off with masking tape still on the outside static ports, resulting in wrong airspeed readings. The aircraft tried to return to Lima but crashed in the sea 55miles from the airport.
