Anchorage based PenAir bought this former Mesaba Airlines Saab 340 in 2010. The airline opened a hub in Boston in 2012 and two more, Denver and Portland, in 2016. PenAir filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on August 7, 2017 and closed Portland and Denver. This aircraft was sold to REX (Regional Express) as VH-ZPC on April 30, 2019.
