Originally delivered to the Ontario Provincial Air Service - Department of Lands & Forests at Sault Ste Marie, Ontario as CF-ODJ 8 May 1953. It was fitted with a 1,000 hp Polish PZL engine by Airtech Canada at Peterborough, Ontario in February 1995 and a four bladed propeller was then installed.
