"Triple First" on display in the Grahame-White Factory at RAFM Hendon. The aircraft was so named after the first Atlantic, Australia and South Africa flights by Vimys. This replica was built by the Vintage Aircraft and Flying Association (VAFA) with original Rolls-Royce Eagle Mk.IX engines and flown a few times in 1969. Following a fire in July 1969, it was restored in 1972 and moved to Hendon in 1983. It is painted as a strategic bomber built at Weybridge in 1918, though too late to see action in WW1.
