One of the founding aircraft of the British Historic Aircraft Museum. Arrived from Biggin Hill during 1966. Sadly, this museum came to nought but was resurrected as the Historic Aircraft Museum (Southend) in 1972. WJ244 subsequently returned to the air as G-FURY.
