Originally built in 1968 for United Airlines, this machine went to Fed Ex in 1979 as N112FE (after conversion to freighter). It served with Morningstar Air Express from 2003 to 2005. After the retirement from active service the aircraft was donated to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and spend a long time on the museum ramp before being scrapped. Now only the cockpit section is preserved and still in use as a cockpit-display in the museum - repainted to represent a Canadian Air Force B-707 (CC-137) This photo is copyright © Derek Gaynor, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
