Leased from TAT (F-GEXT), registered 13th May 1988 but less than a year later, 10th March 1989 it too off from Dryden on a slushy runway without being de-iced and settled back after the first rotation and lifted off for the second time at the 5700 feet point of the 6000 feet runway. The aircraft crashed and came to rest in a wooded area, 3156 feet past the runway end and caught fire.
