World War II veteran 42-100591 saw further Air Force service with Norway (1950 - 58) and Denmark (1956 - 88). Acquired by the Valiant Air Command and flown in WWII colors, the aircraft suffered an accident landing at Titusville, FL on July 9, 2001. Rebuilt by 2009, it remains the museum's flying flagship.
