When LN-WIL was delivered to Widerøe's in 1995, it was named Florø after the city on the west coast of Norway where Widerøe's had an operating base. In 2000 the airline lost the PSO service to that city and closed the base. LN-WIL was renamed Narvik in a ceremony held in Narvik to commemorate 25 years of scheduled services to the STOLport. It was only appropriate that this particular aircraft operated the last flights in and out of Narvik-Framnes on 31 March 2017 with a crew who all were born in Narvik. It is one of the few occasions that the passengers take a group photo before departure.
