The Tiger Moth was the first De Havilland aircraft fully manufactured in Canada by DHC. This one was taken on strength by the RCAF as 4319 on December 7, 1940. It was transferred to the Royal Canadian Flying Clubs Association September 12, 1942 to continue pilot training under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP). Resplendent in it's wartime color scheme here, CF-GTU is still active in Canada at the time of uploading.
