The aircraft was dispatched for a bombing run enemy troops on the West side of Wageningen on May 12, 1940, together with a few other aircraft. They were intercepted by Bf 109's and the aircraft was subsequently shot down near Rhenen/Opheusden . The aircraft made a rough landing and flipped over, however both occupants survived the events.
