Delivered to SAA new as ZS-CKD 22 August 1960 and named after the Mother City, Cape Town/Kaapstad. In 1969 all 707s were re-registered in the ZS-Sxx range. Seen here at Rome's Fiumicino airport sporting the first orange tail livery that was introduced with the arrival of the Boeings.
