Delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SQC in 1974. To Flying Tiger Line as N749TA in 1980 then to Metro International in 1981. Reregistered as N749FT in 1991. To Pan Am as N730PA in 1983. Converted to a freighter then to Tower Air as N202PH in 1993. To Southern Air as N745SJ in 1995. Stored at Mojave in 1998. To Evergreen International as N486EV in 2001.
