This third turbo Beaver was initially delivered to the Province of Ontario, Department of Lands & Forests on January 25, 1965. Next was a similar job in a new location with the Province of Manitoba, Department of Lands & Forests from 1973 - 86. Pictured shortly after withdrawal, the aircraft eventually went to Viking Air in August 1988. After some modification and refurbishment, it was sold to Desert Locust Control Organization for East Africa in 1990. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, the aircraft is current as 5Y-DLD.
