Vought Helicopter Inc. (VHI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTV Aerospace Corporation signed an agreement with Sud-Aviation in 1969 where Vought would conduct the North American activities of the joint venture. N8261 is pictured demonstrating in Canada. The helicopter was sold to the South African Air Force in 1975 with serial 613.
