Built for the US Navy as BuAer 53337. Post-war to the Royal Canadian Navy as AS Mk.3 53337, 29 May 52 to 10 Jan 58. Converted to fire tanker as CF-IMI with Skyway Air Services, Langley BC, 1958-69. Various owners until stored 1984-94. Sold in USA as N337GA 15 Sep 94-July 05. Shipped to Australia and registered VH-VTB 5 April 06.
