Registered N951SM, Skymark Airlines took delivery of this Twin Otter in December 1967. With several other California commuter airlines before flying with Perris Valley Skydive 1985 to circa 1993 when it was stored at Springbank, AB in Canada. Back in service in 1994 flying skydivers with Skydance Skydiving, the aircraft was last with Mid Pacific Air in Hawaii 2006 - 16 registered N119TH. Put up for sale, the registration was cancelled in 2018 and brought to Perris Valley for dismantling.
