Built in Jul-1949 as CF-DTI. By Mar-1975 the registration was changed to C-FDTI. On 23-Jun-1994 it departed from a fishing resort in Givenchy Bay but did not arrive at its destination Sandspit, BC. It was later found submerged in the water at Hunter Point, 7 nm from departure. The pilot and passenger did not survive and the aircraft was destroyed. The Investigation Board determined that it likely had stalled at an insufficient altitude for recovery. The reason for the stall could not be determined. The registration was cancelled in Dec-1994.
