K25 slide scan. Built 1958 as G-APNO for Hunting Clan, merged into BUA 1960, transferred to Air Ferry 1965. Balair HB-IBS initially operating for CICR in Biafra 1969. Conair C-GIBS 1982. Everts Air Cargo N501YP 2013, did not enter service but stored Fairbanks in Conair colours. The last passenger carrying DC-6 in Europe was active until July 1982. Dutyfully watched by a rather stiff looking airport operations supervisor the taxi lights have just been switched on.
