Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 43-17252 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56548 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C020 in 1966. To Central Air Service as N67034 in 1975 and converted to a firebomber. Stored at Marana Regional-Avra Valley from 1993. To Maricopa Aircraft in 2000. Cancelled from the reguster in 2018.
