This 1965 Cessna 150F was delivered to Canada the same year as CF-SXQ. It's now designated a Cessna 150FX by Transport Canada. The text under the rear window lays out the details of it's special certificate of airworthiness (Special C of A) issued for an aircraft that does not meet all the requirements for a certificate of airworthiness.
