Moored at its base in Missinipe on Otter Lake, Saskatchewan. Originally built as 460 for the Tanzanian Air Force. Badly damaged in an accident in conditions of poor visibility at Riou Lake in 1979, with the remains put into store. Rebuilt in 1996 as a PT-6 engined Vazar turbine conversion.
