With a first flight date of May 14, 1969, this was to be the second 737 for PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas S A. The order was not taken up though, and it became the third 737 for Eastern Provincial, delivered July 17, 1970. Pictured in the airline's final color scheme before amalgamation with CP Air, the aircraft would be sold to AIG Leasing in 1987 and placed with Brathens SAFE registered N197AL. Leased to Viscount Air Services in 1992 and Cambodia International Airlines in 1993, it was returned in 1997 and broken up at Mojave, CA in 1998.
