Delivered to Mackey International as N899JM on October 10, 1968. Leased by Cascade Airways in July 1977, it was bought by the airline a year later. Sold to Southern Frontier Airlines in November 1983, it's pictured leased by Time Air 1985 - 88. They also bought the airliner off lease. Sold to Contact Air in June 1991, it was damaged beyond repair on December 6, 1996 landing at Fort Chipewyan, AB.
