This was one of an RCAF order for a total of 280 Expediter 3s, which were basically D18S airframes. These were used as transports and navigation trainers in Canada and European NATO countries where Canada had training commitments. Served with the RCAF 1952-68 as 1598. Sold in the USA and registered N6127. Ferried to Australia in October 1999 but retained its US registration. Re-registered as VH-BHS(4) on 9 June 2017.
