A rare visitor to EMA on a cargo flight. Global International only existed between 1981 and 1984 and was allegedly involved in illegal arms shipments relating to the Iran-Contra scandal. Delivered to American Airlines as N8417 on 30 Aug 1968. It had two spells in 1971 and 1972 leased to BCAL as G-AYZZ. To Global International on 22 Apr 1981. Repossessed Dec 1984.
