Delivered to United Airlines as N7406U in in 1966. To Avianca as HK-2475 then to Emery Worldwide as N422EX in 1981 and United Parcel Service as N945UP in 1990. Reregistered as OY-UPT in 1993 and back to N945UP in 2002. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2007 and scrapped in 2008.
