Delivered to the Czechoslovak Air Force as 5605 in 1969, this Coke was transferred to the Slovak Air Force in 1993 with the break-up of Czechoslovakia and named after the Slovak city of Piešťany. Seen here supporting the Slovak Air Force's contingent to Co-operative Banners 1997. Crashed into a mountain in Eastern Hungary while on approach to Kosice in 2006.
