Delivered to Syrian Arab Airlines as YK-AFA in 1965. To Air Mali as TZ-ADS in 1980. Leased to CTA for the summer of 1981. To Corse Air International as F-GEPC in 1983 then to Air Caledonie International in 1984 and Aero France International in 1990. To Americana Colombia - Aerolineas Americanas as HK-3962X in 1994. Damaged beyond repair landing on dry lake bed near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico while on a drug running flight with fake reg HK-4029X in 1995. Destroyed by the Mexican Police.
