Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as DC-6B N578 in 1957. To United Arab Airlines as SU-ANN in 1964 then to Sterling Airways as OY-STR in 1968. To Zantop International Airlines as N515TR and converted to a DC-6B(F) freighter in 1973. To Bellomy-Lawson Aviation in 1982 and reregistered as N91BL in 1984 then to Gentry Inc in 1989 and reregistered as N34C in 1990. Sold as 9Q-CYO in 1997.
