Third prototype of the CBA-123 and first Argentinian prototype of the project carried out jointly by the Fábrica Militar de Aviones (FMA) and Embraer. Development began in 1986 and ceased 1990, with this prototype being finished by 80%. Currently on display at the University of Cordoba in Argentina.
