Delivered March 5, 1968 to Skymark Airlines, which merged with Aero Commuter Airlines March 28, 1969. The airlines was renamed Golden West in 1969 and this Twin Otter was leased to Frontier Airlines from 1971 to 1978. The aircraft is presently N716NC flying sky divers with Freefall Express in New York state at the time of uploading.
