The Mexico's Attorney General of the Republic (PGR) operated a large fleet of helicopters in the fight against organized crime and illicit crops, for which XC-LFA carries spraying equipment. After most of the fleet was handed over to the air force in 2007, XC-LFA was re-equipped for medical duties and as such put up for sale in 2019.
