In the late 00s, the Colombian National Police impounded a number of Piper 31s that participated in illegal activities. A handful were taken on strength, PNC0230 seen here was the first of them, it was impounded on 16 December 2008 and first noted in these colours in May 2009. Ex HK-2147P.
