The old Aeroport Militaire (Bowen Field) still held remnants of the former Haiti Air Force, after it became the largest camp for Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) following the earthquake in 2010. The entire camp was cleared by 2013. ex N5214J owned and sold by Summit Aviation to Haiti as part of the sale of Summit O-2-337 aircraft, which was based on the Cessna 337G.
