A VERY exotic visitor here. Gulfstream of the Algerian Government arriving at Quito with Ibrahim Boughali, the assembly president of Algeria on board. He came to participate on the posession of the new president of Ecuador Daniel Noboa, elected after the ex president Lasso dissolved the assembly and called for new elections for the rest of the period. It flew all the way from ALG with stopovers at SMA and PTP before arriving to UIO. The day after the possesion, the plane departed towards PTP, then to LIS and finally it arrived back in Algers.
