This Piper was operated by the T&T Air Guard as 204, its serial and coast guard striping have been overpainted for transfer to its new civilian owner as N4023. Apparently, the sale was delayed as it was still as seen as such at its former homebase Piarco in July 2015. Ex HK-2627P.
