Ready for start - typical out station scene. Delivered to Trans - Canada Airlines March 28, 1959, Air Canada withdrew CF-TIF April 23, 1973. Stored at Winnipeg before being sold to Aldair in 1976 for spares. Spending two years in open storage before being worked on, it was instead sold to Zaire Aero Service (9Q-CPY). Sold to Zairean Airlines in 1981, the aircraft suffered a nose gear collapse in 1989. Repairs started, but stopped in 1992, Withdrawn from service after propellers and one engine were removed by 1995, the aircraft was broken up at Kinshasa in 1997.
