Delivered to McAlpine Aviation as G-BKVU then to Jetstream International Airlines/Piedmont Commuter as Jetstream 3101 N822JS in 1983. Piedmont Commuter merged into USAir Express in 1989. Withdrawn from use at Kingman, AZ in 1991. Broken up in 1996. Fuselage remained there until 2005.
