Previously registered OO-SHW and SE-HBE. Seen here at Groningen-Eelde on delivery to the UK where it was registered G-AZYB on 4 July 1972. Damaged beyond repair on 21 April 1984 following an emergency landing near Thruxton, repaired for static display and is now preserved at the Helicopter Museum as OO-SHW.
