Taxiing out on departure from its base dock at Lac du Bonnet. Taken on charge new by the US Army in 1960 as 59-2226. Became N6281, later N445FD, with the Chicago Fire Department Air Sea Rescue Service in 1972. Exported to Canada as C-GSUV in 1985 to join Silver Pine Air Services, later re-named Eagle Aviation. Fitted with a Polish PZL 1000 engine in 1987. Converted to turbine power with a Walter M601 engine in 2004 by AOG Air Support at Kelowna, BC. Joined Adventure Air in 2013.
