Purchased in July 1966, leased to KLM as PH-DCY from March 1969 till May 1973, re-registered to PK-GEA in May 1974, stored by April 1980. Bought by Omega Air in May 1985 as N225VV, then to Agro Air, later re-registered as HI-573CA, N573FB and N573FC, transferred to LAC Colombia as HK-3753X and badly damaged in a landing accident on October 15, 1992 and written off.
