ex Luftwaffe. Taken in Bodø, Norway June 1945. To Værnes 10.June 1945. Taken over by RAF 12. June 1945. Reported at Rygge 05. November 1945. To EASSU Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel and given RAF Ser.No. VN266. Used by the BAFO Communication Squadron. Later handed over for use by Prince Bernhard and was given Dutch provisional civil reg. PH-PBD. Reg. changed to PH-NDF (for Royal Dutch Aeronautical Association KNVvL) but then changed to PH-NEL 01.October1949 with owner Anker Emaillefabriek. Reg. closed 05. March 1956. Sold to Germany as D-EGON. This photo was added on 21 December 2024, and has since been viewed 28 times. |
