Delivered to KLM as N4548M in 1983. Reregistered as PH-BUU in 1991. Sold as N230MR then to Phuket Air as HS-VAC in 2004. To Thai Star Airlines as HS-TSA and returned as HS-VAC in 2007. Damaged when an engine fell off during an aborted take-off at Cairo in 2010 while on lease to Saudi Arabian Airlines. Never flew again and scrapped in 2016.
