The MiG-25RBF is a single-seat dedicated Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) jet fighter with NATO reporting name FOXBAT-D. It is equipped with the Shar-25 ELINT system. It is still is able to carry bombs. The MiG-29s of the 931.OGRAP were withdrawn in July 1992. They went to Shatalovo air base in the Russian Smolensk region.
