The MiG-25RBF is a single-seat dedicated Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) jet fighter with NATO reporting name FOXBAT-D. It is equipped with the Shar-25 ELINT system. It is still is able to carry bombs. The MiG-29s of the 931.OGRAP were withdrawn in July 1992. They went to Shatalovo air base in the Russian Smolensk region. The Su-24MR (MR for Modifikatsirovanyy Razvedchik) is designed for reconnaissance and is able to carry the BKR-1 airborne reconnaissance complex (Bortovim Kompleksom Razvedki). Underneath the center fuselage a SRS-14 "TANGAHZ" Electronic Intelligence pod is seen. The recce camera's are built-in just behind the nose wheel doors. Here 26 white is seen heading to runway 21 of Welzow. The 11.ORAP left the base on 15 June 1993. It was retrived to Marinovka, west of Volgograd (the former Stalingrad) in the Russian North Caucasus Military District.
