Registered as N8431H CV340-71 in 1954. Fitted out as a VIP aircraft. Reregistered as N776 in 1955 then N270E in 1959. Converted to a CV580 in 1963. Reregistered as N278E then N331G in 1967, N60FM in 1970, N8500 in 1974, N30ER in 1977 and N30EG in 1984. Converted to a firebomber for the Government of Saskatchewan as C-GSKJ in 2006. Destroyed in a fatal crash at La Ronge, SK while attempting a go-around on a training flight soon after delivery.
